news.gmane.org has a wonderful news<->mailing list <-> web gateway. I would suggest, you may use a newsreader (such as thunderbird) to read and post to these lists or use their interface:

and much more.

The Fedora Community Portal got a SSL certificate from CaCert.org. You may support them and install their Root Certificate.
